I’m a Generative AI Engineer focused on shipping practical LLM solutions in production. At Epic Holidays, I designed an AI-powered WhatsApp automation system for venue booking operations, integrating Meta LLaMA 3.1 via the Groq API to enable conversational experiences.

I implemented Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for venue-related answers using business knowledge, and improved efficiency by replacing RAG for certain workflows with tool calling to reduce token usage and increase response quality. I also fine-tuned LLaMA 3.1 8B Instruct using LoRA on a custom Q&A dataset, then deployed the model using RunPod GPU infrastructure and Hugging Face.

Beyond AI, I built the full workflow and admin experience: I automated booking processing by extracting booking details from WhatsApp conversations and storing them directly in the admin dashboard. I developed a role-based dashboard with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL, created REST APIs, integrated WhatsApp bot functionality into the web app, and maintained deployments on AWS EC2. I earned my B.Tech in Information Technology (April 2024) and continue strengthening my foundations through certifications like Java Basics and Database Management Systems.
