What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to combine fashion design, academic leadership, team development, and brand building while continuing to strengthen my management and people-development capabilities.

I lead academic operations and fashion education at New York Institute of Fashion (NIF Global), Kolhapur, where I plan curricula, coordinate faculty, teach design and garment construction, and mentor students for competitions, fashion shows, and industry projects.

Alongside education, I founded ARATRIKA and lead design, production, fittings, and client consultations for apparel. I've also launched PAV: The Socks Hub, developed local fashion brands, and contributed as an assistant designer and stylist to commercial, catalog, fashion-show, bridal, and film projects.
