I’m a bookkeeper with over 3+ years of experience at a Chartered Accountant firm, where I manage the books for a diverse portfolio of clients at the same time, and was recently promoted to a senior role. My work covers the full bookkeeping cycle: recording day-to-day transactions, bank and ledger reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, monthly payroll, month-end closing and preparing financial statements and management reports. I work in QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho Books, and build Excel dashboards for expense tracking and profitability analysis.
I have maintained a hospitality client’s books fully remotely, delivering regular management reports on schedule. For a goods-forwarding business, I set up the chart of accounts and inventory system, ran monthly stock takes and reconciled physical stock with the accounting records. I also prepare monthly P&L and vendor summary reports, and introduced monthly e-commerce reports that improved a client’s financial visibility. My audit background means I keep records clean, well-documented and review-ready.
