At PINNACLE INFOTECH SOLUTION, I develop coordinated, clash-free 3D MEP models for high-rise buildings using Revit and Navisworks. I work with architects, structural engineers, and clients to integrate models, resolve design conflicts, and prepare mechanical drawings.
On projects including New Seaton – Long term Care Home and South Niagara Hospital, I created and coordinated HVAC, mechanical piping, and plumbing models, including LOD 400 work. I also produced shop, spool, and sleeve drawings for fabrication and installation.
