I’m an Electrical Operations Head with over 10 years of progressive experience, built from hands-on field work to leading operations and technical delivery. I focus on electrical cost estimation, power quality analysis, and system testing—helping teams produce bids that are both competitive and profitable.

In my current role, I spearhead project cost estimation for electrical preventive maintenance, power system analysis, rehabilitation, retrofitting, and construction projects. I design, analyze, and simulate load flow, voltage drop calculations, short circuit analysis, and arc flash hazard risk assessments using ETAP and SKM, and I develop electrical systems from ground up or as-built.

I also lead testing, commissioning, and thermographic inspections for transformers and switchgears across high to low voltage equipment. I direct subordinates and enforce OSH safety standards during electrical field operations, and I support clients with permit-to-operate requirements mandated by DOLE for compliance and personnel/equipment safety.

Previously, I worked as a Testing and Commissioning Engineer, where I improved budgeting accuracy for preventative maintenance and power quality monitoring through detailed estimations and stringent testing protocols. I started as a Field Engineer & Safety Officer, performing advanced simulations (protection coordination and arc flash risk assessment) and thermographic inspections, and I’ve carried that safety-first mindset throughout my career.
