At ZSCALER, I designed and implemented ZIA’s Security Policy Engine, managing rule lifecycles from validation and ordering through activation and data-plane deployment. I also worked on deterministic rule conflict resolution across policy types.
I designed end-to-end OAuth 2.0/OIDC authentication for multi-tenant security systems, integrating JWT/JWKS validation with ZIdentity and external identity providers. I also resolved cache-poisoning vulnerabilities and investigated backend performance bottlenecks, optimizing SQL queries and transaction workflows.
