I’m a Legal and business professional operating at the intersection of law and commercial strategy, with a BBA LL.B (Hons.) background. I build and operationalize compliance and governance frameworks that leadership can actually run, with a clear, risk-aware approach to decisions.

In my in-house counsel work, I strengthen internal controls and statutory compliance processes, translating regulatory requirements into practical, business-aligned policies and workflows. I review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documentation, including support for M&A and other transactions.

I advise senior management and clients on legal, regulatory, and compliance risks arising from commercial choices—then help turn those risks into mitigation strategies. I also partner with HR on employment law matters, supporting employee grievance handling, disciplinary issues, and workplace disputes, including POSH governance through an Internal Committee and internal grievance redressal processes.

I’m developing deeper expertise in privacy law, data protection, cybersecurity, and technology-enabled legal operations to support cross-border and digital business environments. With a brand and operations management background, I bring a commercial lens that keeps legal work connected to execution, accountability, and operational improvement.
