At EPAM Systems, I own global leadership promotions and assessments for a 62,000-employee organization operating across 55+ countries. I deliver 200–300 Director-and-above promotion outcomes annually while building the policy, competency frameworks, and executive governance behind consistent leadership decisions.

I support the CEO and Chief People Officer on enterprise organizational initiatives, including senior organizational changes, leadership communications, reporting, and town halls. I also defined leadership composition reporting requirements and built an event tracking and analytics dashboard for the CPO organization.

Over more than six years at EPAM, I standardized previously inconsistent regional promotion practices into scalable global policy, workflows, nomination frameworks, and governance. I've also led global compensation programs, managed Executive Assistants supporting senior leaders, coordinated assessment-tool vendors, and integrated new business units into central people processes.

Earlier, I delivered risk advisory and Sarbanes-Oxley internal audit engagements at EY. I bring a practical, evidence-based approach to leadership development, organizational change, and global people operations.
