With Accenture, I worked as a Test Engineer on the VMWare Internal Project, handling Salesforce administration and testing. I configured Salesforce features including process builders, validation rules, and email alerts, and supported release QA and production issue troubleshooting.
On the DHAM Retail/Commercial work, I handled Salesforce QA and UAT, including configuration and testing. I also worked with Yardi and ETL integration from Salesforce.
Across projects at Oracle, HCL Technologies Ltd, and Accenture, I tested web applications and backend APIs. I prepared test cases, used Postman for API scenarios, and created Selenium automation scripts for selected application areas.
