At SOFTSWISS, I built web test automation frameworks from scratch using TypeScript, Playwright, and Cypress. I integrated test suites into GitLab CI pipelines with automated Slack, email, and TMS reporting.
I analyzed business requirements and system risks to uncover logic gaps and edge cases, then designed structured test plans and cases for maintainability and automation feasibility. I also implemented agentic workflows to automate repetitive manual tasks.
At TAGES, I created a test automation project that moved key processes from manual to automated execution. I developed UI and API automation and mobile component tests, and trained manual QA engineers on automation basics and repository workflows.
