Anthony Obazele

I’m a Product Designer and Framer Developer based in Benin City, Nigeria, designing products that work meaningfully—not just visually. My BSc in Industrial Technical Education shapes how I think about how people learn and how systems fail.

Recently, I designed EcoBin, a smart waste management app connecting residents and local waste authorities in Benin City, from user research and information architecture through to a fully interactive Figma prototype with 40+ reusable components. I design with real behavioural constraints, not ideal-user assumptions.

I also designed BassLab, a mobile-first bass guitar learning app, including a custom “Rehearsal Room” dark design system, 4 fully interactive screens, and a complete component library in Figma. I build design systems from scratch, run user research, wireframe at speed, and prototype interactions in ways that feel natural.

I’m driven by accessible, mobile-first design for emerging markets where the network is slow, screens are small, and confusion isn’t an option. I’m actively exploring Product Designer and UI/UX roles locally in Nigeria and globally for remote positions.
