What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Senior Property Accounting role where I can lead GAAP month-end close, manage lender reporting packets, and drive accurate NNN reconciliations for a commercial real estate portfolio.

I’m a senior property accountant with 10+ years of commercial real estate experience, focused on GAAP-compliant financial reporting and accurate month-end close. I manage property financials across retail, grocery, office, and flexible space portfolios while ensuring reporting is delivered to clients, investors, lenders, and internal operations.

In my current role, I own month-end procedures, review and support triple net (NNN) reconciliations (including CAM, Tax, and Insurance recoveries), and monitor daily cash flow and tenant-ledger activity across operating and escrow accounts. Previously, I prepared accrual- and cash-basis journal entries, coordinated month-end financial review with operations teams, built FASB schedules for straight-line rent, and supported lender required financial packets including balance sheets, cash flow statements, rent rolls, and Debt Yield compliance calculations.
