Accredited Gestalt psychotherapist supporting individuals, couples, families and military clients.
What I'm looking for
I am an accredited Gestalt psychotherapist (2024) specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy, including work with military personnel and their families. I run a private psychological practice since 2019 and provide crisis consultation on an international platform.
My clinical focus includes trauma, war-related experiences, PTSD, panic attacks, loss, psychosomatic symptoms, self-esteem and relationship issues. I combine active listening, empathic presence and evidence-informed interventions to help clients process difficult life events.
I regularly attend Gestalt conferences and trainings (EAGT and others) and have completed multiple courses in crisis intervention, psychotraumatology, psychomatics, depression therapies and caregiver self-care. I maintain careful psychological records and produce psychological opinions as part of my practice.
I prioritize building authentic therapeutic relationships, continuing professional development, and using a calm, organized approach in high-stress situations to support clients toward recovery and greater self-understanding.
