Anisha Dhumal

I'm a Product Designer based in Pune, India, currently working as the sole UI/UX Designer at Probity Soft, where I own end-to-end design across 15+ government digital modules for the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation — including a 10-department executive dashboard used daily by the Commissioner's office. Before that, I was the founding designer at BharatGo, a no-code e-commerce SaaS startup, where I built a design system from scratch and redesigned onboarding into a 5-stage flow that became the company's flagship acquisition metric.

What I care about most is ownership: I've spent most of my career as the only designer in the room, which means I don't just hand off screens — I run the research, build the systems, negotiate with stakeholders, and see decisions through to what actually ships. I work fluently across Figma, Figma Make, Framer, and Claude, and I'm always looking for ways AI tooling can compress the distance between an idea and a working prototype.

I'm currently open to remote product design roles, particularly at SaaS, fintech, or mission-driven companies with a strong design culture.
