I've built Agentic AI systems at Siemens Energy and Recallr AI, including Oliver, an enterprise AI lifecycle system that assesses, coaches, and tracks AI pilots through evidence-grounded workflows.
As Recallr AI's first engineer, I led end-to-end development of a graph-based persistent memory platform for LLM applications and AI agents, preserving cross-session context, state, and personalization beyond fixed context windows. I designed retrieval and context-injection workflows that surface relevant user history for coherent, long-running agent sessions.
I build production-minded multi-agent applications with Python, LangGraph, FastAPI, Pydantic, RAG, vector search, durable state, observability, deterministic fallbacks, and human approval paths.

Built Oliver, an Agentic AI lifecycle system that assesses, coaches, and tracks enterprise AI pilots across DI1–DI5 through evidence-grounded, stage-adaptive workflows. Implemented fan-out/fan-in orchestration for specialist agents with typed evidence, structured outputs, prompt/model provenance, deterministic fallbacks, and confidence-based human-in-the-loop escalation.
