I've built integrated three-statement financial models and DCF valuations for McDonald's and Netflix using Excel, forecasting revenue, subscribers, costs, profitability, and cash flows.
My valuation work includes FCFF, WACC, terminal value, enterprise value, share price, ratio analysis, sensitivity analysis, and trading comparable analysis. I also completed an accretion and dilution analysis for PVR Ltd and INOX Leisure Ltd.
I'm a B.Com (Honours) graduate with hands-on experience in commercial real estate modeling, including construction, leasing, financing, NOI, project returns, and exit valuation. I'm interested in investment banking and valuation roles.
