At Vindo Solar BV, I support finance and administration remotely from Ukraine, processing purchase and sales invoices and maintaining financial documentation.
I work across Exact, Scoro, SharePoint, Excel, and Google Sheets to support accounts payable, invoice checks, supplier follow-up, and payment documentation.
I reconcile employee and management expenses, card transactions, and supporting records, including monthly and year-end reconciliations with accountants and suppliers.
I also prepare Dutch and German VAT information and ICP/CBS data for accountants, while communicating with international suppliers across European projects.
