At Yandex Taxi, I develop a B2B platform for taxi fleets and partners across 15+ countries. I built an internal permissions tool that lets teams update different permissions in parallel, replacing a process that depended on one person and approval.

I redesigned the role-based access model after discovery with 100+ teams, replacing around 40 broad roles with around 100 task-based roles. I also built tooling to analyze and migrate around 52K requests.

I re-architected the financial frontend, unifying payment-system sections and adding payout and write-off flows. I also led the mobile adaptation as the main developer, adapting 50+ routes and introducing a responsive layout now used by over 33% of daily active users.

Before that, I worked on enterprise HR, payroll, and accounting systems at five companies. I led HR and payroll development, delivered a migration from a customized legacy system, and integrated enterprise systems with ERP platforms. I enjoy simplifying complex workflows and am growing toward full-stack development through backend tasks at work and personal projects.
