What I'm looking for

I'm seeking ELICOS or TESOL teaching opportunities where I can create engaging lessons, support measurable student progress, and use ed-tech to strengthen participation and learning outcomes.

I plan and deliver English lessons for young learners and teenagers, using Kahoot!, Nearpod, and Google Forms to make learning interactive and measurable.

My ed-tech lessons increased student participation by 25%, while classroom management strategies reduced disruptions by 20%. I also design formative assessments that improved student test performance by 10% and collaborate on lesson planning through Google Docs to strengthen curriculum alignment.

Alongside classroom teaching, I provide one-to-one English instruction for teenagers and adults, including exam preparation. My students have achieved excellent Russian General Exam results and scores of 85+ on Russian State Exams.

I facilitate Speaking Clubs for teens and adults and bring C1 English, B2 German, and native Russian and Ukrainian to my teaching practice.
