At WALTHER-WERKE, I lead technical architecture for ERP-to-production integration, connecting proAlpha, PLCs, and industrial laser labeling systems across manufacturing lines.
I've enabled OPC UA telemetry across 12 PLCs and centralized management for 2,500+ manufacturing articles, reducing manual administrative work by more than 360 hours per year.
I modernized a mission-critical network simulation platform with Angular, Python, GoJS, C#, and Azure DevOps, reducing network configuration time by 32%. I also design BDE/MES, Industrial IoT, Digital Twin, and telemetry solutions using Docker-based CI/CD environments and Grafana monitoring.
My work builds on applied Industry 4.0 research at Fraunhofer IESE and the University of São Paulo, where I developed reference architectures for software product lines, interoperability, Digital Twins, and secure industrial systems. I'm currently focused on industrial digitalization and practical Applied AI, including LLMs, RAG, and automation agents for smart manufacturing.
