At SEON, I re-engineered a core ML-deployment architecture into a centralized, backward-compatible microservice using FastAPI—optimizing resource allocation and reducing cloud infrastructure overhead per deployment. I also built extraction engines that bypass enterprise-grade anti-bot security layers, using client-faking and fingerprinting strategies to maintain consistent, high-uptime data streams.

Previously at RevaGroup, I led an Agile transformation of a 20-person department across 4 squads, shifting from a manual, quota-based culture to a data-driven Scrum framework. I architected a migration to an asynchronous S3 + SQS pipeline and scaled active listings from 100k to 2M+ (a 1,900% increase), alongside a dual-track “Fast Sync” strategy for both consistency and real-time freshness.

I’m comfortable owning the full build cycle—scrapers, pipelines, and automation—having developed state-aware middleware to eliminate redundant requests and built BI automation using Jira APIs, Google Apps Script, and Looker Studio.
