I also improved planning, backlog management, and team rituals while balancing major initiatives, technical debt, reliability, and defect rates.

At Global Relay, I managed an AI organization spanning four pods and more than 20 direct reports over time, while coaching Team Leads to scale management. I led hiring, organizational realignment, AI release processes, and a Kubernetes migration across Product, Architecture, Development, Test, and DevOps.
