Amira Graham

I am a results-driven educator and team leader with a passion for transitioning into client-focused operations. My experience in planning, task coordination, and adapting communication styles to diverse audiences has equipped me with the skills necessary to excel in a customer experience or operations role. I have a proven track record of translating data into actionable strategies, managing multiple stakeholders, and achieving measurable growth.

Currently, I serve as a Science 8 Teacher at Mastery Charter School, where I instruct and manage over 100 students, including those with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). I have customized lesson plans and assessments to meet varied learning needs, resulting in significant improvements in student achievement. My ability to utilize data analysis to tailor instruction has increased engagement and comprehension among my students.

In addition to my teaching role, I am also the Head Cheerleading Coach for the high school team and an Assistant Coach for the middle school team. I lead practices, mentor student-athletes, and manage fundraising events, demonstrating my leadership and organizational skills. I am eager to leverage my leadership, communication, and technology adaptability in a new role that focuses on enhancing customer experiences.
