At Systhen Algeria, I integrate and configure document dematerialization and data-capture solutions from requirements analysis and functional design through production deployment.

I deliver PoCs, technical demonstrations, and tender responses for clients across Algeria, the Maghreb, and francophone Africa. I also provide technical support, train end users and technical teams, and produce technical and commercial documentation.

Previously, I built a psychometric career-management platform at Middleware Consulting using Python, Flask, and Vue.js. At Meteo Algeria, I developed AmetConvert to decode and convert ASCII weather messages into BUFR and IWXXM formats required by ICAO/WMO.

My background also includes reinforcement learning research for fault-tolerant scheduling in heterogeneous networks-on-chip and an IoT smart-locker management application. I bring hands-on development experience in Python, PHP, C#, Java, APIs, databases, and document solutions.
