What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role in a hospital, hotel, bank, NGO, or corporate office where I can support front-desk operations, records, appointments, and stakeholder communication.

I've supported Jubilee Group of Schools with daily administration, parent calls, visitor reception, appointments, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.

As Residential Secretary at Divine Estate, I maintained resident records, tenancy agreements, payment ledgers, and correspondence while following up on estate dues.

I also organized meetings, inspections, agendas, and reports, and helped route resident complaints for timely follow-up. My teaching experience strengthened my communication, planning, presentation, and service-focused approach.
