At I-SENSE Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I work as a Techno Functional Consultant supporting Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. My work focuses on Distribution processes, including Inventory, Sales Order Management, and Procurement.

On the JDE upgrade project, I supported the move from E1 9.0 to E1 9.2 across Sales, Procurement, and Inventory. I validated configurations, versions, and migrated data, and performed functional testing during upgrade cycles.

I participated in JDE implementation and rollout activities, including requirement-gathering workshops, CRP and UAT testing, and data migration validation. I also supported user training and post-go-live hyper-care.

In production support, I investigate and document issues, validate transactions, and coordinate with Technical and CNC teams on changes. My experience also includes functional testing, defect retesting, and support for Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
