At QlutchGrid, I launched a two-sided car-care marketplace on iOS and Android, connecting car owners with verified providers. I grew the Chennai pilot to 17 service partners and shaped its pricing model.
I also led product discovery through a survey of 89 car owners and built the market-sizing model used in the investor pitch. I guided a cross-functional team of product and design interns through a UX revamp, multi-garage booking, and Direct Pay.
For my Google Photos Search case study, I built an LLM-powered MVP that beat users’ existing photo apps in testing, with no hallucinations. I also build AI agents and RAG projects, while researching physics at IIT Madras.
