Amal Bushanna

I deliver clinical and community nutrition services for vulnerable populations, including children under five, pregnant and lactating women, and displaced communities.

At Benghazi Medical Center, I conducted nutrition assessments and MUAC screening, supported SAM/MAM case management, provided individualized counseling, and contributed to nutrition data collection and reporting.

Across private clinics, health centers, and community outreach activities, I developed dietary plans, supported public health awareness campaigns, and collaborated with local health actors on nutrition-related screening and follow-up.

I have also taught Clinical Nutrition, Medical English, Biochemistry, Physiology, and First Aid, while mentoring healthcare students and integrating health and nutrition awareness into primary education. My work is grounded in safeguarding, confidentiality, humanitarian principles, and community-based care.
