What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level bookkeeping or accounting support role where I can apply QuickBooks, Excel, A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and detail-oriented recordkeeping while continuing to grow in full-cycle accounting.

I recently completed a Bookkeeping Certificate at Mt. San Antonio College, where I applied QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Excel to full-cycle bookkeeping simulations for small businesses, LLCs, and corporate files.

I recorded sales, purchases, invoices, vendor bills, and adjusting journal entries; maintained general ledgers; prepared A/P and A/R aging; completed bank reconciliations; and generated trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets. I also analyzed Tootsie Roll Industries' 2023–2024 SEC 10-K filings in Excel, calculated GAAP-based financial ratios, and delivered a 12-page MD&A-style financial report.

My prior work strengthened the accuracy and organization I bring to financial records. I handled cash reconciliation and secure money drops, maintained audit-ready medical records, performed high-volume data entry, and supported fast-paced front-office and customer-facing operations.
