At Askuserv Philippines, Inc., I lead and coordinate testing activities across the software development and testing life cycles. I analyze requirements and assist in creating, documenting, and executing test plans, test cases, and exploratory scenarios.
I test hardware-software integration and embedded systems, including login security, permissions, session behavior, exported-data protection, and port connectivity. I also verify data from exported files and printouts and track defects through their full lifecycle in Azure DevOps.
I support UAT with cross-functional teams, maintaining test documentation, system mapping, and daily status reporting. I also work with developers to reproduce bugs and troubleshoot data discrepancies during Agile/Scrum meetings.
