I've built data projects that turn retail sales and customer transaction data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI.

For a Retail Sales Performance Dashboard, I cleaned and modeled multi-table data, created DAX measures for revenue and profit margin, and designed drill-down visuals and slicers for regional, monthly, and category analysis. In a customer behaviour and sales EDA project, I handled missing values and outliers, engineered RFM features, and visualized purchase patterns and correlations.

I also built LOOP, a customer feedback intelligence platform using Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Claude AI API. I designed its database schema and queries for feedback trends and sentiment breakdowns, while adding natural-language Q&A through RAG.

During my virtual internship with Zidio Technology, I tested authentication and authorization mechanisms for Zero Trust cloud access control. I'm completing a B.Tech in Computer Science and am seeking an entry-level Data Analyst opportunity.
