At HABBank, I reviewed multifamily commercial real estate loan files, analyzing property income, expenses, NOI, and debt service coverage to assess cash flow stability and repayment capacity. I also analyzed borrower financial statements and assisted with Excel-based trend analysis and loan term sheets to support underwriting decisions.
As a Finance Intern at HABBank, I created an Excel vault tracking sheet with VBA macros and formulas that became the branch’s default template. I also serve as Treasurer of the Muslim Business Association at Baruch College CUNY, managing event budgets and financial records.
