At University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, I contribute to biochemical and pharmacological research, including Parkinson’s disease studies in mice. I perform behavioral, histopathological, biochemical, and in-silico molecular docking studies.
On my project evaluating Beta vulgaris stem extract with magnesium L-threonate, I assessed outcomes in an MPTP-induced Parkinson’s disease model and explored potential mechanisms through phytochemical profiling and docking. I’ve also contributed to standardizing oxidative stress biomarker protocols and assays for SOD, catalase, and MDA.
