Message

At BL Harbert International, I managed mechanical work on the New US Embassy Compound in Beirut and the US Embassy Major Rehab/Upgrade in Amman. My work covered mechanical systems design, installation, commissioning, and quality control.

Since July 2025, I’ve led overall site execution for USACE projects at Macro Vantage Lebanon Offshore S.A.L. (MVL), serving as the main site contact for the USACE COR and overseeing subcontractor performance and compliance.

Across projects with Desbuild Inc. and Geobaco Offshore, I worked on U.S. embassy and consulate compounds in the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Gabon, and Saudi Arabia. I also worked on a U.S. veteran hospital security upgrade in Manila.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Lebanese American University (LAU). My commissioning experience includes fuel systems, water and wastewater treatment, chillers, air-handling units, and pumps.
