At ABRA Arquitetura e Interiores, I developed architectural and interior design projects for 80+ locations of a franchise network, as well as rollout projects for new brands. I also created a remote support method that helped franchisees conduct on-site field surveys in out-of-state stores and reduced confirmation turnaround time between the design and rollout teams.
I coordinated commercial projects with brand rollout manuals and visual identity guidelines, working through feasibility and flow analyses, layout studies, and adaptations to operational requirements. I prepared construction documents covering plans, detailing, and material, finish, and furniture schedules.
I produced 3D models and renderings for client and franchisee presentations, and coordinated with electrical, plumbing, and structural disciplines. I also proposed storefront and in-store equipment layouts with brand marketing teams.
At Danyelle Rapschinski Arquitetura + Design, I contributed to residential architecture and interior design projects from schematic design through construction documentation. I conducted site surveys, assisted with document sets, and modeled projects in Revit and SketchUp.
