What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role with an established, prestigious organization where I can apply security management, loss prevention, training, and operational leadership at a higher level while continuing to develop new skills.

I'm currently the Island Constable Manager at the Ministry of National Security, managing operations, postings, duty rosters, refresher training, and service standards at key visitor locations in St. Kitts. I also represent Island Constables with Cruise Tourism and the Tourism Authority.

Across more than 18 years in security management and loss prevention, I've led teams ranging from 56 to over 800 security officers, supported tourism resorts and government facilities, and strengthened surveillance, risk management, investigations, and customer service. My U.S. Army Quartermaster background has grounded me in order, discipline, petroleum supply, HAZMAT awareness, and operational security.
