What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my backend development fundamentals, infrastructure experience, and rapid learning capability to build and optimize RAG systems and AI-driven features.

I've supported enterprise systems at QualityDigital, managing Service Desk tickets, documenting incidents, and escalating issues through structured ITSM processes while working toward SLA and MTTR goals.

At Leclair Indústria e Comércio de Perfumes e Cosméticos, I developed Python and VBA automation scripts, administered Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Active Directory, and supported collaboration and access-management environments.

I also provided Level 1 and Level 2 support for more than 200 users, including equipment maintenance, imaging, provisioning, and training on corporate systems.

At Info-RMI Automação Industrial, I programmed Siemens PLC logic with Step 7 and TIA Portal, developed HMI solutions, and contributed to optimizing the Projix project management system. I'm pursuing postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity and want to apply my backend and infrastructure background to RAG systems and AI-driven features.
