At Autodesk, I deliver account-level technical support for global AEC customers using Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360. I maintain 90%+ CSAT through structured case ownership, clear communication, and resolution plans.

I troubleshoot project-impacting issues across worksharing, model corruption, coordination, publishing, upgrades, permissions, cloud collaboration, and performance. I own high-priority escalations, partner with engineering and development teams, and help customers improve BIM adoption, model health, clash workflows, and delivery processes.

Previously, I produced and coordinated MEPF BIM models at JB Everest and Sanveo, supporting clash detection, prefabrication-ready workflows, shop drawings, QA checks, and automation using Dynamo and Revit add-ins. My automation work reduced repetitive effort by approximately 25%.

At Techture Structure, I delivered Scan-to-BIM and as-built models at LOD 300–500, developed Revit parametric families, and supported asset-data and 7D workflows for infrastructure and smart-city projects. I bring hands-on MEPF delivery experience across HVAC, plumbing, fire, electrical, residential, commercial, government, and multidisciplinary environments.
