AKSHARA Santhosh

I’m an MBA (Finance) graduate with strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, corporate finance, and financial reporting. I’m especially comfortable turning financial data into clear insights through financial statement analysis and ratio analysis.

In my Audit Executive role at KV Mathai & Co Chartered Accountants (Nov 2023–July 2024), I managed end-to-end concurrent auditing and voucher verification for 13 branches of Central Bank of India. I identified discrepancies, assisted in preparing audit observations and reports, and supported follow-ups with branch officials.

I consistently met strict audit deadlines through time management, coordination, and attention to detail. I also build structure in my work by using budgeting and data-driven decision-making to support accurate, compliant reporting.

Beyond auditing, I’ve gained hands-on industry exposure through internships: I worked as a Human Resource Intern handling HR documentation and supporting recruitment processes, and I supported outreach for DWMS skill programs while creating promotional assets for webinars and courses. With Business Analytics training (KPMG) across MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and basics of Alteryx and Orange, I’m ready to contribute analytical skills to a finance team and support organizational growth.
