At M-KOPA, I led Nigeria market research operations, conducting customer interviews and completing CX/AX surveys across four African markets. I translated survey and interview data into insights that informed product strategy and repayment solutions.
In my analytics projects, I processed e-commerce orders through a Python pipeline with SQL Server and Amazon S3, and analyzed healthcare records using SQL Server, Tableau, and Excel. I also built an interactive Excel dashboard to explore hospital data and data quality.
