What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a mission-driven organization where I can grow leadership and communication skills, deepen nonprofit management experience, and apply my healthcare background to coordinate compassionate care and meaningful change.

I’m a Respiratory Therapist and an MBA candidate in Organizational Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. I’m driven by a commitment to serving others, advocating for meaningful change, and building strong relationships within diverse communities.

At Cooper University Hospital, I provide compassionate, patient-centered respiratory care while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. I communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, and I educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and treatment plans.

From my experience as a Respiratory Equipment Technician / Respiratory Therapy Intern at Bryn Mawr Hospital, I’ve strengthened my operational focus—preparing, maintaining, and managing respiratory therapy equipment. I’ve supported efficient department workflow by assisting daily operations and partnering with respiratory therapists to ensure equipment availability and proper functioning.

Earlier, I built deep administrative and communication skills through years as a Unit Secretary, Intensive Care Unit, at Lankenau Medical Center (2015 to 2024). I coordinated communication among physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, patients, and families, maintained patient records and physician orders with confidentiality and accuracy, and supported high-acuity unit operations through strong organization and communication.
