Aiden Gallagher

At The Hive Landscaping and Design, I coordinated with supervisors, design staff, and crew members to complete customer projects accurately and on schedule. I reviewed blueprints and site plans to understand requirements and turn technical information into action.

I communicated project progress and potential issues so the team could address them quickly. I also learned to operate skid steers, trenchers, and compactors while following safety and quality requirements.

At Gallagher's Junk Removal, I spoke with customers to understand their needs and determine the work required. I helped resolve scheduling and job-site issues, and coordinated with team members to keep scheduled jobs on track.
