What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical leadership role where I can own solution design and enterprise delivery, mentor engineers, work directly with stakeholders, and modernize high-impact systems with strong quality and performance standards.

I'm the technical lead for Brack.Alltron through RemoteCoders, serving as the sole technical SPOC for a Swiss enterprise client. I own solution decisions, delivery quality, stakeholder coordination, and performance evaluations for three engineers, while reducing screen load times by up to 97% through backend profiling and database optimization.

Previously at e& Egypt, I led the modernization of the e& Business platform from an Oracle ADF and Java EE monolith to Spring Boot microservices with an API gateway and Eureka. I've improved response times by 84%, recovered 43% of developer time lost to deployment failures, and built enterprise integrations across telecom, payments, ERP, and business platforms.
