At LEMP, I review requirements and test customer journeys across Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, ATM, POS and XPATH. I carry out functional, system and end-to-end testing of banking applications and transactions.
I use exploratory and regression testing to investigate issues and check existing functionality after releases and defect fixes. I also support User Acceptance Testing, validate data, and track defects in Jira and Azure DevOps.
Before moving into software testing, I supervised civil engineering projects at Warwick Engineering Services Limited, including roads, drainage systems, retaining walls, and residential and industrial buildings. I also coordinated construction teams and checked completed work against engineering specifications and quality requirements.
