What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own analytics and data products where I can turn business problems into measurable outcomes, lead discovery through adoption, and partner with global stakeholders to improve executive decision-making and operational efficiency.

At Ameriprise Financial’s India Global Capability Center, I owned the full lifecycle of 20+ enterprise analytics and data products used by senior leadership across the US and India.

I turned complex business workflows into measurable products, including Solutions Viability, which cut funding-decision cycles from about six months to three, saved roughly 150 analyst hours and $13K annually, and eliminated redundant evaluations. My Capital Investment Evaluation Dashboard reduced manual effort by 50%, while the GCO Project Tracker reduced follow-up overhead by 60%.

I lead discovery, prioritisation, metric design, UAT, adoption, and cross-functional delivery, grounding product decisions in Power BI, data validation, and outcome metrics. I’ve led teams of four and partner closely with business leaders, SMEs, and delivery teams across US–India time zones.
