I’m looking for a role where I can own messy data end-to-end—clean it, model it, and build dashboards or KPIs that give leadership clear, measurable actions.

I’m a Data and Business Intelligence Analyst who enjoys sitting with messy data and finding the story inside it. Over the past year, I built my skills from the ground up through two intensive programs and three real-world projects—always focused on turning numbers into insights that actually mean something to a business.

In an HR employee attrition analysis, I identified the Sales department as the highest-risk team and surfaced actionable retention levers like job satisfaction and early-career gaps. I also built end-to-end analytics from raw ingestion to a published Power BI dashboard for a climate change Twitter discourse project using PostgreSQL on 15.8 million tweets, uncovering hostile topics and aggression patterns to guide de-escalation strategy.

Managed an end-to-end analytics pipeline across 15.8 million tweets from PostgreSQL ingestion to a published Power BI dashboard. Identified the most hostile topic category and highlighted that climate deniers were the most aggressive group, supporting targeted communication and de-escalation strategies.
