At University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, I assess 100+ cloud and SaaS products a year against security and compliance requirements, documenting risks and treatment conditions for sensitive data. I also wrote procedures for FERPA, PCI, and SSO escalations in cloud purchasing.
I shape the Information Security Office’s approach to enterprise AI, mapping NIST AI guidance and security controls to risks such as FERPA data leakage and prompt injection. I reviewed more than 70 campus AI license requests and support the secure rollout of ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
I investigate security incidents across the university and built CVSS-tiered vulnerability reporting in Qualys VMDR for about 8,000 endpoints. Earlier, at Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), I audited security operations and documented control gaps using frameworks including NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
