At Newton AI, I assess vulnerabilities across enterprise assets, identifying and documenting more than 50 using Nessus and Nmap. I also built custom Splunk correlation rules, dashboards, and saved searches to detect anomalous behavior and reduce MTTD.
I harden Windows Server and Linux environments using CIS Benchmarks, manage endpoint security controls, and support patch remediation. For network investigations, I analyze traffic with Wireshark and Suricata and prepare incident reports following NIST SP 800-61 procedures.
My work also includes AWS security controls such as GuardDuty, IAM least-privilege policies, CloudTrail reviews, and S3 bucket hardening. I’ve implemented SPF, DKIM, and DMARC and conducted phishing simulations.
In lab projects, I assessed authentication vulnerabilities and developed proof-of-concept exploits using Burp Suite and Metasploit. I also built a controlled DDoS simulation lab and completed vulnerability assessments with prioritized remediation recommendations.
