What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build secure, production-grade backend services and grow into SOC work—using SIEM, incident response, threat detection, and strong API/backend security practices with a collaborative team.

I’m a Backend Software Engineer with hands-on experience designing and developing secure, scalable REST APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL. I’ve built authentication and authorization from the ground up, including JWT Authentication, refresh tokens, RBAC, and production-focused security controls.

On my current LoyalLink Loyalty Platform, I designed the backend architecture and database, implemented transaction-safe point awarding with idempotency protection, and added secure session management, request validation middleware, and centralized error handling. I’m also building toward a cybersecurity career with an emphasis on SOC Operations, SIEM fundamentals, incident response, threat detection, and log analysis—while continuing to strengthen API security and backend best practices.
