I’m a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience monitoring building work from start to finish—ensuring progress aligns with project timeline, budget, and specifications. I interpret structural design of building and supervise on-site staff, including subcontractors and labourers, while keeping quality standards consistently met.
From my industrial training as an Assistance Technician Officer, I developed a strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance mindset—monitoring field density and plate bearing ratio tests, excavation and earthworks (soil exchange and compaction), concrete works, and asphalt works.
